Originally from Buffalo, NY, I moved to the Lehigh Valley in 1978 to attend college—where I met my husband of 40 years. Together, we raised two incredible children, including my daughter and real estate partner, Julie Rich Weaver. Our family has since grown to include four wonderful grandsons, bringing even more joy to my life.

As a second-generation Realtor, I have been immersed in the world of real estate for as long as I can remember. Growing up watching my mom, Denise Rich, a respected Realtor with over 30 years of experience, I developed a deep understanding of the industry. I officially became licensed in 2010 after earning my bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. Before that, I worked behind the scenes supporting a large group of Realtors, gaining invaluable insight into every aspect of the real estate transaction.
Today, I am a full-time Associate Broker with RE/MAX Real Estate, serving clients throughout the Lehigh Valley from our Bethlehem and Allentown offices. I specialize in residential sales, estate properties, investment properties (including residential rentals and property management), new construction and Pennsylvania lake homes. My own real estate investment experience—including purchasing and selling primary residences with a growing family, flipping homes, high-end renovations, new construction, quick-turn projects, and property management—allows me to guide my clients with firsthand knowledge and expertise.
Born and raised in Bethlehem, I still call it home, now raising my three boys here with my husband. As a graduate of Notre Dame High School and an active member of St. Anne’s Parish, I truly live where I work. Helping families find their perfect home is not just my profession—it’s my passion.
